orders are shipped via CTT (Portuguese regular post).
Packaging of the order takes 2 - 5 business days.
When it has been dispatched it can take 2 - 5 working days to arrive for local destinations.
For international orders delivery time depends of the destination country.

* Actually we can't deliver to USA and Puerto Rico because of taxes reasons.
 

I do my best to pack items carefully and securely.

I am not liable for lost, delayed ore damaged parcels, ore anything that happens in transit.

Please also note that any import taxes or duties charged by your country are the responsibility

of the customer.

 

Refund policy

It's possible to cancel your order only before shipping, please contact me as soon as possible by email. I will process a refund for your order.

Due to the fragile nature of products, I cannot accept returns once the order has been shipped.
